Due to its vapour permeable characteristic, it allows walls to receive and give off moisture naturally. Terrix® IP-LT-X is a premium ceramic matt topcoat for interior walls and ceilings. Its dense ceramic matrix provides excellent resistance to scuffing, repeated washing and most commonly used maintenance chemicals. The coating forms a smooth, durable and easy-to-clean finish suitable for both new construction and renovation projects.
